Mushroom Cultivation Training Program organized by Rohilkhand University

Bareilly: The Department of Botany, Rohilkhand University, under the Mushroom Cultivation Training Program, imparted training in mushroom cultivation to the disabled students of Disha Inter College. Under the guidance of the  Vice Chancellor Professor KP Singh, as part of the campaign to generate self-employment, Dr. Vijay Kumar Sinhaal imparted training in mushroom cultivation to the disabled students.

Dr. Vijay Sinhaal said that the profit earned by selling the bags of mushrooms made by the disabled students in the market will be used for the education of the disabled students. In the series of mushroom training programs, the disabled will also be given training to make products made from oyster mushrooms.

On this occasion, Disha Inter College founder  Pushpa Lata Gupta thanked the Department of Botany of Rohilkhand University for training the differently abled in mushroom cultivation. She said that we hope that this will lead the differently abled students towards self-employment.

Disha Inter College Principal  Rahat Hussain encouraged the differently abled students for mushroom cultivation. Department Head of Botany Department Professor Alok Shrivastava, Professor Sanjay Garg, Professor Upendra Kumar, Dr. Pankaj Arora, Dr. Lalit Pandey congratulated the management and trainer of Disha Inter College Dr. Vijay Kumar Singhal for successfully organizing the training camp.

Disha Inter College teachers, non-teaching staff and PhD students Saurabh Singh, Kumari Sangeeta, Vijendra Singh, Akash Kumar etc. had a special contribution in making the training successful.
