Additionally, she recommended using larger screens for better visual health and promoting daily family time to strengthen family bonds and provide balance away from screens.
The Principal also suggested enhancing the nutritional intake by creating diverse, appealing recipes and incorporating storytelling into daily routines. This approach fosters a love for reading and ensures children enjoy their meals in a relaxed, engaging environment.
