New Delhi: “Kahin Gum Na HoJayein – Season 7″ – Promoting our healthy and unique lost recipes of each state basically to revive our rich traditions and culture.
‘Let’s Give Back’ under the banner of ‘Back to Roots’ is working extensively toward sustainability, healthy way of living and promoting Indian art and culture. The trust was founded by Ms BabeettaSakxena in 2016 to promote our art and culture but unfortunately we lost her doing last pandemic on 16. May 2021 . She was working extensively to promote our art and culture by means of organising various meaningful events.
An event had been planned at National level – Kahin Gum Na HoJayein Season 7 with the basic aim to bring out our old , traditional and healthy recipes of various regions. The main aim of this event is to revive our rich traditions and culture by bringing out those unique and healthy recipes which depicts our rich culture . The title of of the event is ” Kahin Gum Na HoJayein National Cookery Festival- Season 7 . The title for this year event is ” HamariVirasatHamaraVyanjan”.
Earlier 6 such national level seasons have been conducted by this NGO – Let’s Give Back.
The event will be held initially at various states and finally the best traditional recipes of various participants from various states will participate at National level in Delhi . The National level finale is being organised in Jan 2025 at New Delhi.
Various distinguished chefs and dignitaries from food and hospitality industry such as PadamshriPushpesh Pant and Chef Manjeet Gill , Dr Sachidanand Joshi , Mr Sandeep Marwah and Dr GyanBhusanji are already on board with the event and are our Guest of Honour .
In UP the event is planned at Lucknow and Chef NandiniDiwakar is the State Coordinator along with two Co Coordinator Ms SimranChabbra and Chef RituJaiswal . The event will be at Chancellor Club who is the hospitality partner for the venue .

7) Assam – IHM Guwahati- 27th Sept.
8) Rajasthan – Udaipur 29th Sept
9) Maharashtra- IHM Mumbai- 5th Oct
10) Jharkhand – IHM Ranchi – 21st Oct
11) Uttarakhand- Dehradoon- 9th Nov
12) J & K- Jammu- 10th Nov
13) West Bengal – IHM Kolkata – 13th Nov
14) Gujarat – Ahmedabad- online- Nov

16) Rest of the interested participants other than these locations shall be scheduled an online contest in Nov.
Total participants coming various states to showcase their traditional, and healthy recipes during National finale will be around 50 .
