Yogi Adityanath

Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi) met the trainee officers (2023 batch) selected in the Indian Administrative Service at his official residence on Tuesday. The CM wished everyone, then guided the officers. The CM said that maintain dialogue, good behavior and purity in your work, this will solve every problem. The CM also took information from the officers about the work done in the field during training. While wishing, the CM (CM Yogi) said that play a great innings and give something new.

Decide the vision and direction from now

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi) said that dialogue is the biggest strength in democracy. Whenever you go to the field, establish communication with the common people. Zero communication causes dissatisfaction among the people. Treat them well and maintain purity in work. This will make your image different and incomparable. Do not consider any problem of the common man as small, because that problem matters a lot to the victim.

If the problem is resolved, then that officer gains the trust of the common people. Never cut off from the people connected at the ground level. Do not let any problem become big, rather find an immediate solution to it through dialogue. Trainee officers should also communicate with public representatives.

Leave the habit of procrastination, listen to the victim
CM Yogi Adityanath said that leave the habit of procrastination. Listen to the victim. The habit of procrastination creates dissatisfaction. This habit is not good. Develop the habit of taking timely decisions. The complaint of IGRS-CM Helpline comes directly to us because the hearing is not done properly at the local level. Therefore, listen to the victim and also resolve the problems within the time limit on the basis of merit. The CM also said that listen to the public for one hour every day. Also listen to the problems of public representatives and local organizations.

Continue to keep the habit of learning and reading
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told the trainee officers to continue to keep the habit of learning and reading. If someone has gone from the government, read it yourself, do not depend on anyone else. Your vision will be different from others. Read it and convert it into results. Give a good model as an administrative officer. This will also take interest in your subordinates. Work towards making villages self-reliant. Think about making model villages.

For this, communicate with the villagers, many works can also be done on priority through Shramdaan. The CM said that as an officer, make the municipal bodies, tehsils, police stations and blocks self-reliant. The CM taught the officers to keep distance from wrong elements at all costs.
