Focus on Women Empowerment and Upliftment of Marginalized Sections
Lucknow – Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel praised the state government’s Budget 2025, calling it a roadmap for development and public welfare. She emphasized that the budget is inclusive and aims to uplift every section of society through well-planned provisions.
The Governor highlighted the budget’s focus on infrastructure projects, welfare schemes for the poor, youth, farmers, women, entrepreneurs, and traders. She specifically appreciated the emphasis on women and labor welfare schemes, stating that they would provide a new direction for women’s empowerment and ensure the holistic development of marginalized communities.
She further noted that the budget prioritizes improvements in law and order, increased investment, and enhanced connectivity through air, water, road, and rail networks. These measures, she asserted, would significantly contribute to the economic prosperity of Uttar Pradesh.
