New Delhi: Population Services International-India (PSI-India) has got the distinction of becoming the country’s first certified voluntary organization with Happiest Place to Work. Happiness Research Academy Private Limited has awarded this certificate to the organization. This achievement has been achieved for July 2024 to July 2025 based on the technique of interaction, feedback and satisfaction with the employees.
This certificate reflects commitment towards employee welfare and positive workplace culture. This information was given by PSI-India Executive Director Mukesh Kumar Sharma.
Mukesh Kumar Sharma said that today it is a very proud moment that PSI-India has now become a certified “Happiest Place to Work” organization. Along with this, it has also become the first voluntary organization of the country to receive this honor. He says that this important achievement is an important part of our journey to create a happy world. We assure that the organization will keep moving forward in this direction and will continue to take the country on the path of prosperity.
He said that along with providing a family atmosphere to the employees, the organization also takes full care of their comforts and security. Giving an example, he told that during the recently held Lok Sabha elections in the country, the organization took full care of the voting rights of those employees who were working in other districts far away from their polling station.
The organization arranged for those employees to travel to their voting city and also provided them the facility to work from there for an additional day along with the leave on the polling day and motivated them to vote. The employees of the organization wholeheartedly praised this cooperation in the government’s efforts to increase the voting percentage.
