Lucknow: Lucknow Development Authority wants to beautify the Gomti River Front in a manner that gives it a global appeal, that is why proposals are being made for the convenience and entertainment of the people here. Instructions have also been received from the officials, under which the facility of riding an e-bike will soon be available here.
Third party will be included for beautification
Efforts will now be intensified to rejuvenate the Lotus Valley and Open Theater established in the River Front. New swings for children will also be installed in this area. Third party is also to be included in it to expedite the work of the Green Corridor project and to ensure the quality of the beautification work.
The Authority can give the responsibility that where there is doubt, there will be options to get the investigation done by any other third party. There will be no delay in getting the pedestrian bridge constructed on the Gomti River Front. Along with this, attractive swings for children are being seen while rejuvenating the Lotus Valley and Open Theater established here. Vice President of Development Authority Prathamesh Kumar has also inspected the River Front. He said that prepare an action plan for the work to be done in this area.
Pedestrian bridge will be constructed keeping in mind the public convenience
Keeping in mind the public convenience, a pedestrian bridge will be constructed from the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police office to the other end of the river front. For this, further action can be initiated by establishing coordination with the company and consultant building the pedestrian bridge on Sabarmati River Front (Gomti River Front) in Ahmedabad. Ravier Products LLP has got the tender to operate e-bikes on the river front.
In this regard, the Vice President directed that after talking to the representative of the company, the facility of e-bike should be made available within a month, so that people can easily enjoy the tour of the entire river front. Regarding the operation of cruise ship and floating restaurant, the Vice President directed that the project should be started in 08 months by obtaining NOC for this.
