Lucknow: Under the guidance of Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) is establishing “Saksham Centres” across the state to strengthen the economic, social and educational foundation of rural women. These centres are emerging as a transformative model of self-reliance and empowerment, helping women become confident contributors to the rural economy.
