Zigly Successfully Concludes 2nd Edition of International Happy Pets Day 2025, Strengthening India’s Pet Care Ecosystem

Lucknow: India’s first tech-enabled omnichannel pet care brand, Zigly (by Cosmo First Ltd), celebrated the successful conclusion of the second edition of International Happy Pets Day (IHPD) across the country. The event, held on Friendship Day, saw enthusiastic participation from over 2,200 pets and their parents, marking a nationwide celebration of the unique human-animal bond.

Following the overwhelming response to its debut edition, IHPD 2025 returned with a series of day-long activities at Zigly Experience Centers across India. The event was aimed at promoting responsible pet parenting and creating meaningful memories between pets and their owners.

Key Highlights:

  • Launch of Zigly Coins: In an industry-first move, Zigly introduced ‘Zigly Coins’, offering one coin (worth ₹1) for every ₹100 spent—redeemable on pet purchases.
  • Product Launches: Zigly unveiled exclusive in-house product ranges, including wet and fresh food from Applaud, Yak chews for dental care, travel mats, Catmos cat litter, and Fur Pro grooming tools for dogs and cats.
  • Interactive Events: From pet fashion shows to twining contests, interactive games, puzzles, photo booths, and live music added to the festive atmosphere.
  • Influencer Participation: Over 150 pet influencers joined the celebration, amplifying its reach and energy.
  • Health & Wellness Offers: Complimentary pet health checkups, anti-rabies vaccinations, and flat 20% discounts on grooming and food products were provided.

Awards and Recognition:

Special awards were conferred, including:

  • ‘Influencer of the Year’ for outstanding pet content creators.
  • ‘Influencer of Empathy’ for contributions to animal welfare.
  • ‘Pets Got Talent’ for showcasing pets’ unique abilities.

Social Impact:

All proceeds from ticket sales—₹3 lakh—were donated to the Zigly Foundation, dedicated to animal welfare. Funds will support awareness campaigns, adoption drives, and animal shelter partnerships.
