Lucknow: Today, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, Vivekanand Deshyog Gurukul, the children’s branch of Deshyog Charitable Trust, was inaugurated by Sunil Kumar Sharma, Cabinet Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh, at Swarn Jayanti Puram in Ghaziabad.
On this occasion, the Cabinet Minister interacted with the children of the Gurukul and encouraged them and praised their presentation. The Cabinet Minister observed the technical experiments done by Deshyog Charitable Trust and assured all kinds of help in this direction. Explaining the importance of education in life, the Minister appreciated the work being done by the members of the Deshyog family.
He said that just as parents entrust the most difficult tasks to their most responsible child, similarly, God has entrusted the responsibility of educating children of poor families to the members of the Deshyog family. On the initiative of Deshyog Charitable Trust, the Minister distributed school dress, shoes, socks, school bags, sports toys and other essential items to the children of Vivekanand Deshyog Gurukul. On this occasion, the patron of Deshyog Parivar, Chaudhary Kishanbir Sirohi Sahib, also personally talked to the children of Gurukul and tried to know their problems and assured to resolve them.
Deshyog Charitable Trust’s Yogacharya Subhash Deshyogi, while explaining the vision of Vivekanand Deshyog Gurukul, said that a small effort has started today, soon with the use of AI technology, we will connect many such Gurukul branches at one place. Teachers will be able to take care of each and every child of all branches by sitting at one place.
On this occasion, Subhash Chandra, Rahul Tomar, Munish Bhargava, Mudit Bhargava, Om Gulia, Ajay Kumar Nigam, Rohtash Awana and Saksham etc. were present.
