Minister Participates in Grand Yoga Camp in Bijnor on International Yoga Day

Bijnor/Lucknow : On the occasion of the 11th International Yoga Day, Uttar Pradesh’s Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Vocational Education, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Kapil Dev Agarwal participated in a grand yoga camp in Bijnor, joining thousands of citizens in performing yoga.

The event was organized under the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, as envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and guided by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Minister Agarwal emphasized the significance of yoga as a means to lead a healthy and holistic life, stressing that it is not just a physical exercise but an integral part of India’s cultural and spiritual identity.

Addressing the gathering, he stated, “Yoga is a symbol of harmony between body, mind, and soul. It is not a one-day celebration but a lifelong inspiration. By adopting yoga in our daily routine, we move closer to the dream of a healthy and empowered India.”

Highlighting the global acceptance of yoga, Minister Agarwal noted that it is due to Prime Minister Modi’s consistent efforts that yoga has earned international recognition and respect. He appealed to the public to make daily yoga practice a habit, not only for personal health but also to inspire others towards a healthier and disciplined lifestyle.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from citizens, officials, and youth, reflecting the growing awareness and acceptance of yoga as a key to physical and mental well-being.
