Greater Noida: Through the International Trade Show (UPITS), the Yogi government is trying to get global recognition not only for Uttar Pradesh, but also for its products, schemes and activities. Keeping this in mind, various stalls have been presented with themes this time in the second edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is focusing on its upcoming projects here. Especially those projects which are going to be launched soon. Among these, the three most prominent projects are Fintech City, Semiconductor Park and Software Technology Park.
YEIDA has set up its stalls by making the theme of these three projects. In the stalls of Yamuna Authority, along with the models of the projects, their detailed information is also being given, so that the visitors can be aware of these schemes. It is noteworthy that Yamuna Authority has been provided a space of 1644 square meters in Hall No. 3 in this show, in which a total of 16 stalls have been set up. Among these, the main stall is of Yamuna Authority. In this, stalls of Fintech City, Semiconductor Park and Software Technology Park have been set up. These stalls are showing the glimpse and possibilities of upcoming development projects.
Land has been reserved for semiconductors
According to Arun Veer Singh, CEO of Yamuna Authority (YEIDA), our main stall is of YEIDA, whose size is 9×12. In this, mainly Fintech City, Semiconductor Park and Software Technology Park are our three new themes. In this, semiconductor is our most major theme and we have also reserved land for semiconductors and the land has come into our possession. Recently, Semicon Summit was held in Greater Noida, in which many investors showed interest. Our three proposals are in process for cabinet approval in the Government of India, which can be approved anytime. Apart from this, three-four more companies including some US companies are also showing interest. As soon as the approval of semiconductor is received, we will give land for it. We are focusing a lot on this.
Software Technology Park scheme coming soon
He said that along with this we are also building Software Technology Park (STP). Till now there was no sector of IT, ITES Solution in Yamuna Expressway, so now we have decided to build Software Technology Park for IT and ITTS. Big companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tata have shown interest in this. By bringing these companies together, we want to build a good Software Technology Park here, so we have earmarked separate land here for IT and ITES Solutions which is in a very large area. We have also procured this land and we are going to bring out its scheme after the board meeting. It is likely that we will also bring out its scheme after getting approval from the board during the International Trade Show.
Work is also going on fast on Fintech Park
He told that apart from this, our ambitious scheme Fintech City has also been displayed in it. We are also going to start this soon. We are showing it along with EMC-2, where units like Havells, Anchor are coming. He said that the proposal of EMC-2 is in the process for approval in the Government of India, which can be approved at any time. Along with this, for fintech, we are also holding a meeting of stakeholders and it is expected that we will launch its scheme in the next 10 to 15 days. We are bringing a scheme after meeting with stakeholders including financial institutions, stock brokers, insurance companies, regulatory authorities. Further work will be done on it as per their demand. He said that apart from these three big stalls, stalls of companies like Purvanchal Real Estate, Agra’s shoe export company Artek Van, New Gen, Film City, Patanjali, Noida International Airport, Vivo, Surya Food and Sify Technology have also been set up. All these companies are working or are going to work in the YIDA area.
