Lucknow— The Department of Psychology at National PG College successfully organized a one-day workshop for non-teaching staff on the theme “Ethical Values and Mental Health at the Workplace.” The initiative aimed to promote awareness about maintaining ethical standards and mental well-being in professional environments.
The programme commenced under the अध्यक्षता of Principal Prof. Devendra Kumar Singh, who emphasized the importance of ethical conduct in institutional growth. He encouraged staff members to remain mentally resilient and adopt a positive outlook to enhance both personal and professional effectiveness.

The keynote address was delivered by noted clinical psychologist Prof. Krishna Dutt, who elaborated on the significance of mental health in the workplace. He highlighted key aspects such as stress management, the role of positive thinking, and the importance of ethical values in sustaining a healthy work environment.
Prof. Dutt pointed out that in today’s highly competitive world, maintaining mental balance is crucial for improving work efficiency as well as achieving personal satisfaction.
