Lucknow: In a move to enhance public security and maintain law and order, the West Zone Police of Lucknow Commissionerate conducted a comprehensive foot patrol and checking drive in the Charbagh area.
The operation covered key transit points including Charbagh Bus Stand and Charbagh Metro Station under the jurisdiction of Naka Police Station. Officers carried out security checks and questioned several suspicious individuals as part of the drive.
Leading the operation were ADCP West Dhananjay Kushwaha, ACP Kaiserbagh Ratnesh Singh, and SHO Naka Virendra Tripathi, who were accompanied by a large police force. The presence of senior officials and active policing efforts aimed to reassure the public and deter any potential criminal activity.
The police stated that such patrolling and checking drives will continue regularly to ensure a strong sense of safety among citizens and improve vigilance in high-footfall areas.
