Lucknow— In a major breakthrough, the Vikas Nagar Police solved a burglary case in Sector 7, recovering stolen gold and silver jewellery from the accused.
Using footage from nearly 150 CCTV cameras, the police were able to trace the culprits. Investigation revealed that a domestic worker had colluded with her boyfriend to carry out the theft.
The operation was conducted under the guidance of Station In-charge, Vikas Nagar Police, with Muhammad Yaseen, Officer In-charge of Power House Chowki, Sub-Inspector Arjun Singh, and the police team leading the successful arrest.
The recovered valuables have been returned to the victims, and further investigation is ongoing to ensure no accomplices remain at large. This swift action underscores the police’s dedication to using technology and intelligence for effective crime prevention.
