Developed by the Lucknow Development Authority across an area of approximately 8,500 square metres, the park offers a range of modern sports amenities. In addition to skating, visitors can enjoy facilities for lawn tennis, badminton, pickleball, and box cricket.

Named Oxygen Sports Arena, the project has been constructed near Gate No. 3 of Lohia Park at a cost of around ₹7 crore. The skating rink covers about 4,000 square metres, while the remaining 4,500 square metres has been developed into a multi-sports arena.
