UPAVM delegates meet state Tax Commissioner

Lucknow: A 7-member delegation of Uttar Pradesh Adarsh ​​Vyapar Mandal led by  president Sanjay Gupta met State Tax Commissioner (Commercial Tax) Nitin Bansal at his office in Gomti Nagar.

Business leader Sanjay Gupta handed over a 20-point demand letter and suggestion letter prepared on the basis of feedback taken from traders across the state regarding GST problems to State Tax Commissioner (Commercial Tax) Nitin Bansal for sending it to the GST Council.

Organization president Sanjay Gupta told the commissioner that currently traders are entangled in the web of GST. Many discrepancies need to be removed immediately. The notification of the decision taken in the 53rd meeting of GST has also not been issued yet.

Business leader Sanjay Gupta demanded that the notification be issued and sent the traders’ demand letter to the Union Finance Minister and GST Council and demanded that the state government put forward the traders’ side for implementing it.

The delegation included the organization’s state vice-president Avinash Tripathi, city general secretary Amit Agarwal, city vice-president Parvesh Jain, city vice-president Shyam Sundar. Aggarwal, Praveen Mishra, Trans Gomti President Anirudh Nigam were present.
