UP Government Ensures Transparent Recruitment: Youths Receive Appointments Without Bribes

Lucknow – Under the Mission Employment initiative, the Uttar Pradesh government, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has distributed appointment letters to 1,112 Junior Assistants and 22 X-ray Technicians selected for the state Health Department through the UP Subordinate Service Selection Commission. Many of the appointments were personally handed over by the Chief Minister at the Lok Bhavan auditorium.

The newly appointed candidates praised the fair and transparent recruitment process, highlighting that they secured their positions solely on merit, without paying bribes or relying on recommendations. Speaking at the event, Seetapur’s Pankhuri Gupta, a newly appointed Junior Assistant, said, “It is a significant achievement that young people today can earn government jobs purely through hard work and transparency. I thank CM Yogi from the bottom of my heart.”

Other appointees, including Vaibhav Mishra of Seetapur and Shraddha Shukla, emphasized that previous governments often demanded bribes for appointments, but today, recruitment is strictly merit-based. Shukla said, “The practice of giving bribes for government jobs is a thing of the past. This transparent process has set a new benchmark for a progressive state.”

Aditya Pathak from Ayodhya added that under CM Yogi’s leadership, the government is sensitive to both employment and safety concerns, and women have also received significant representation in appointments over the past eight years. The Chief Minister’s initiative reflects a commitment to empowering youth and ensuring honest governance.
