Lucknow— Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated the three-day ‘Rozgar Mahakumbh 2025’ at the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow. The event, which will run from August 26 to 28, is a significant step towards fulfilling the Chief Minister’s resolve to provide “work for every hand and respect for every youth.”
This initiative is set to become a new landmark in Uttar Pradesh’s employment and skills revolution, offering lakhs of young people a golden opportunity to connect directly with the industry and chart a new course for their future.

A Confluence of Top Companies and Diverse Opportunities
The most notable feature of this event is the participation of over 100 renowned domestic and international companies. These companies will provide employment opportunities to more than 50,000 youths across various sectors.
The event will also see the presence of global tech giants like Wadhwani AI, Microsoft, and Intel, who are at the forefront of AI and data-driven solutions. This will give young tech and research enthusiasts direct access to the startup ecosystem, with job openings in software development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and hardware design. This is expected to be a major boon for engineering and technical graduates in the state.
Additionally, companies like Flipkart and Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be present from the e-commerce sector, offering jobs in supply chain management, logistics, data analytics, and online retail operations. The event will also feature companies from the financial, banking, and manufacturing sectors, with Mahindra bringing significant opportunities for mechanical engineers and industrially trained youths.

- Exhibition Pavilion: Youths will get a glimpse of the state’s progress, new industrial policies, and skill development models.
Speaking about the event, Principal Secretary of Labour and Employment, Dr. M.K.S. Sundaram, said that this magnificent event will bring together global employers, industry leaders, policymakers, and job seekers under one roof. The program’s objective is to accelerate economic growth by creating quality jobs and promoting skill development.
He stated that Rozgar Mahakumbh 2025 will feature over 100,000 registrations, offering more than 50,000 jobs, including 15,000 international vacancies in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Japan, and Germany. Additionally, over 35,000 domestic opportunities will be provided by leading companies from across the country.
More than 100 recruitment partners will participate, including 20 international recruiters. Over 10,000 offer letters are expected to be issued, with more than 2,000 for foreign placements.

- AI Training Pavilion: This will focus on digital skills and AI-powered job preparation in collaboration with industry leaders.

- National Conference on Employment and Skill Mission: In partnership with The Economic Times, policymakers, corporate leaders, and global experts will discuss the future of the job market.
- State Startup Showcase: Startups from across the state will present their innovations and solutions.
- Self-Employment Platform: Schemes and opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs will be displayed at the Chief Minister’s Youth Stall.
- SSC Partnership: Targeted skill and employment opportunities will be promoted in collaboration with 10 Sector Skill Councils.
