U.P eyes stronger Higher Education facilities

Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay held a meeting with departmental officials in the office located at the Vidhan Sabha to take the state’s economy to 01 trillion dollars.

The Chief Minister has given instructions to prepare a new policy in the unserved districts where there is no university. He discussed the creation of new universities and colleges. He said that top universities of India and foreign universities should be invited to open universities in Uttar Pradesh.

The state government will provide many facilities and assistance in opening universities in Uttar Pradesh. So that the youth of Uttar Pradesh do not have to go out to get education elsewhere.

This will give more options to the youth of Uttar Pradesh for higher education. He said that Uttar Pradesh will become a hub of higher education for foreign students, due to which foreign students will also come to Uttar Pradesh to receive education.

Minister of State for Higher Education Rajni Tiwari, Principal Secretary Higher Education M.P. Agarwal, Special Secretary Planning Pulikat Khare along with other departmental officers and Deloitte officials were present in the meeting.
