Lucknow: A vibrant two-day Academic, Cultural and Scientific Festival titled ‘Pax Vincent Welp’ concluded at Montfort Inter College, Lucknow, celebrating creativity, intellect, and innovation among young minds. The central theme of the festival — “The Power of Peace is Greater than the Power of War” — inspired participants to embrace harmony, wisdom, and collective growth.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing 15 leading schools of Lucknow, each competing in a spirit of collaboration and creativity.
The festival began with a formal inauguration ceremony graced by Chief Guest Rajneesh Srivastava (IRTS), Senior Divisional Operations Manager, Lucknow Division, who lit the ceremonial lamp. The inaugural session featured a soulful prayer dance by the students, setting a serene tone for the celebration.
In his welcome address, Principal Brother Jinu Abraham emphasized, “These competitions are not just platforms for talent display but affirm that ideas are the most powerful force in the world. Where knowledge and skill meet, conflict dissolves naturally.” He urged students to participate with passion and positivity.
Vice Principal and Event Coordinator, . Neena Karen Das, addressed the participants, saying, “No matter how deep the conflicts, the power of peace always prevails.”

The day witnessed a series of enthralling events — from rhythmic musical performances under ‘Blizzard’ to melodic showcases in ‘Moxy Euphony’. ‘Reel Chronicle’ highlighted students’ flair for digital art and photography, while ‘Bio Musketeer’ exhibited scientific ingenuity. Technical innovation took center stage in ‘Silwet’ and ‘Developers’ Delight’. The ‘Mind Boggler’ event challenged logic and intellect, while ‘Wheels of Wildness’ sparked lively debates. In ‘Mix Chef’, students crafted flavorful dishes without fire, blending creativity with taste.
The festival radiated energy, creativity, and positivity, concluding with applause for the students’ performances and the dedicated efforts of the organizing team.
The event was conducted under the guidance of Principal Brother Jinu Abraham, Vice Principal Neena Karen Das, and Administrator Brother T. T. Mathew, whose leadership ensured the festival’s grand success.
