Prayagraj: In the biggest mass event of Sanatan Dharma, Maha Kumbh 2025, the Yogi government is preparing to deal with every emergency. To make the world’s largest cultural event successful from the security point of view, many teams of NDRF and SDRF along with water police, PAC, health workers are working together. In this sequence, during the Maha Kumbh, NDRF and SDRF security personnel including 220 high-tech deep divers will be on alert mode 24 hours a day on 700 boats.
On the instructions of the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath, all kinds of arrangements are being made for the foolproof security of the devotees coming to the Maha Kumbh from the country and abroad. Due to this, the most selected water police personnel of the country including Goa, Kolkata, Maharashtra are being deployed in Prayagraj. For the first time, such a large number of high-tech deep divers are being deployed to ensure that no untoward incident happens to the bathers and saints during bathing.
Will be in alert mode for 24 hours-
Janardan Prasad Sahni, in-charge of water police of Kila police station, said that 180 deep drivers have been deployed during the Maha Kumbh, who are coming here from different parts of the country, while 39 deep drivers are already deployed here. In this way, a total of 220 deep drivers will be in alert mode for safety in water all the time.
Apart from this, on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the cooperation of a large number of local people is also being taken in this. Local boatmen will also cooperate, who are capable of going up to 40 feet depth even without a gas cylinder. Not only this, 10 companies of PAC, 12 companies of NDRF and 6 companies of SDRF are also being deployed to help the bathers, which will be able to deal with any adverse situation.
More than 200 local people will also be deployed for security-
The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is working in action mode 24 hours a day for the security of the devotees coming to Maha Kumbh from the country and the world. On the instructions of the government, many government and non-government organizations are also ready to cooperate in the biggest cultural event of Maha Kumbh. Under this, along with PAC and NDRF-SDRF, local people of the village are also participating in it in large numbers. Similarly, a team of local people is also being trained by the water police here. In which more than 200 soldiers are going to play their role in the security of the saints and devotees bathing in Maha Kumbh.
