Lucknow: In view of the movement of Kanwariyas on the occasion of Shravan month, from 22.07.2024 to 19.08.2024, the traffic diversion arrangement will be as per requirement as follows:-
1. District Kanpur – Diversion of heavy vehicles from Kanpur Nagar district will be from Ramadevi to Fatehpur, Lalganj, Bachhrawan to Haidergarh via Purvanchal Expressway towards Gorakhpur.
2. District Unnao – Vehicles going from Kanpur district, Unnao towards Gorakhpur will be able to go from Lalaukheda of Unnao district right to Achalganj, Lalganj to Bachhrawan to Haidergarh via Purvanchal Expressway and Purva turn of Unnao district via Morawan to Bachhrawan to Haidergarh towards Gorakhpur.
(Note:- The bridge on the Sai river on the road from Mauraon to Mohanlalganj town is damaged for traffic. Due to which the movement of heavy vehicles from Mauraon to Mohanlalganj is not possible.)
3. District Sitapur – Heavy vehicles going from Shahjahanpur, Bareilly to Gorakhpur via Sitapur-Lucknow will be able to go to their destination from Sitapur via Chahlari Ghat, Bahraich, Balrampur. 4. District Lucknow-
➤ Vehicles going from Kanpur, Unnao to Gorakhpur from Banthra / Junabiganj of Lucknow district, Mohanlalganj, Khujauli to Gosaiganj via Purvanchal Expressway towards Gorakhpur.
> Vehicles going from Prayagraj to Lucknow Barabanki to Bahraich Shravasti Balrampur Gonda will be able to go to Gorakhpur via Mohanlalganj of Lucknow, Gosaiganj to Khujauli via Purvanchal Expressway. > Heavy vehicles going from Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Sitapur to Gorakhpur via Lucknow will be able to go towards Gorakhpur from Madiyanv IIM Road via Para from VIP Road via Shaheed Path via Purvanchal Expressway.
> Heavy vehicles going from Lucknow to Barabanki/Gorakhpur will be diverted from Indira Canal Ayodhya Road to Kisan Path, which will be able to go to their destination via Kisan Path Sultanpur Road Purvanchal Expressway.
Traffic management traffic diversion system in view of the program at various important Shiva temples (Buddheshwar Temple, Mankameshwar Temple, Siddhnath Temple, Koneshwar Temple) of Lucknow Commissionerate:-
➤ General traffic from Daliganj Ekka Tonga Stand intersection will not be able to go towards Hanuman Setu Temple Tiraha via Mankameshwar Temple Bandha Road, rather this traffic will go to its destination via IT intersection or Daliganj bridge.
> No type of traffic will be able to go towards Mankameshwar Temple from Mankameshwar Temple Dhal Tiraha.
> Traffic will not be able to go towards Mankameshwar Temple from Nadwa Bandha Dhal Tiraha, rather this traffic will go to its destination via Hanuman Setu or Bandha Road. > General traffic will not be able to go towards Buddheshwar Temple from Buddheshwar Square, rather this traffic will go to its destination via Service Road or Over Bridge.
