Lucknow: A major case of fraud and extortion has come to light involving Prateek Yadav, son of former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav and brother of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav. Prateek, who is also the husband of BJP leader and State Women’s Commission Vice-President Aparna Yadav, has filed a formal complaint at Gautampalli police station alleging that he was defrauded of crores and later threatened with ₹4 crore extortion.
