Bhubaneswar : In response to a recent outbreak of diarrhoea in Odisha’s Jajpur district, the state’s Health and Family Welfare Department has launched an urgent containment campaign. So far, the outbreak has claimed three lives and affected hundreds more. Reacting swiftly to the growing number of cases, State Health Secretary Ashwathy S. announced the deployment of a high-level, multi-disciplinary team to Jajpur.
