Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh’s Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development Minister Dharmpal Singh has said that a campaign should be run from July 05 to July 20 to send the destitute cattle of Bareilly division to cow shelters. Bareilly division should be established as an ideal division in the direction of cow protection work and all necessary arrangements should be ensured at the cow shelters of Badaun, Pilibhit, Bareilly and Shahjahanpur districts under the division.
