Mumbai — Ending weeks of anticipation built through two intriguing behind-the-scenes videos, the makers of Naga Chaitanya’s highly awaited film NC24 have finally revealed its official title and first-look poster. Directed by visionary filmmaker Karthik Dandu and jointly produced by SVCC and Sukumar Writings, the film has been officially titled “VrushaKarma.” The powerful first-look visual, released on the occasion of Naga Chaitanya’s birthday, has already set the internet abuzz.
Superstar Mahesh Babu unveiled the title and poster on social media on Sunday, extending his warm wishes to the entire team. His association added a layer of grandeur to the announcement, making it one of the most talked-about film reveals of the season.
The first-look poster is raw, gripping and visually loaded, instantly setting the tone for what promises to be a never-before-seen mythical thriller. With dust swirling around and a charged, battle-scarred ambience, the poster hints at a world steeped in mystery, conflict and ancient forces. The imagery of a celestial eclipse looming in the background adds a haunting, mythical aura, suggesting deeper secrets and a larger cosmic struggle.
Naga Chaitanya appears in a rugged, intense avatar — muscular, sweat-soaked and battle-ready. His torn, weathered look reflects survival, resilience and the harshness of a primordial world. The broken structures and war-ravaged setting around him tease the presence of buried legends and an impending clash that forms the core of the narrative.
“VrushaKarma” marks a significant shift in Chaitanya’s cinematic journey, presenting him in a completely new light. Karthik Dandu, known for blending history and mythology with innovative visual storytelling, appears set to deliver a grand cinematic experience. With Meenakshi Chaudhary playing the female lead and Laapataa Ladies fame Sparsh Srivastav cast in a negative role, the film boasts a strong and diverse lineup.
