Lucknow: On the third Tuesday of the Jyeshtha month, popularly known as Bada Mangal or Budhwa Mangal, a grand devotional and service event was held at the Bharwara STP plant, organized by SUEZ India. The occasion featured a Sunderkand recitation followed by a large community feast (bhandara), attended with great devotion by all officers and employees of the plant and office.
According to religious beliefs, it was on a Tuesday of the Jyeshtha month that Lord Hanuman first met Lord Shri Ram. This day is therefore celebrated as Hanuman-Ram Milan Diwas and is linked to traditions dating back to the Treta Yuga. This year’s third Bada Mangal was even more special as it coincided with Jyeshtha Amavasya (New Moon), Bhaumvati Amavasya, and Shani Jayanti, creating a deeply spiritual and festive atmosphere.
At the event, Project Director of SUEZ India, Rajesh Mathpal, addressed the attendees, saying, “We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to conduct such a holy event with the grace of Lord Shri Ram and Bajrangbali. May the blessings of the Lord remain upon all of us.”

Employees participated with heartfelt devotion and service. The Sunderkand recitation and community feast fostered an atmosphere of reverence, dedication, and social harmony within the premises, creating a beautiful scene of faith and togetherness.
