Lucknow: SUEZ India marked this year’s International Women’s Day in a unique way by organizing a tree plantation drive dedicated to their female colleagues, as well as to mothers, sisters, daughters, and wives. As part of this initiative, male employees also planted trees in honor of the important women in their lives, promoting both environmental conservation and women’s empowerment. In addition, SUEZ India recognized and felicitated fine arts students from Lalit Kala Akademi with certificates of appreciation.
Esha Mishra, Assistant Professor at SR Group of Institutions, praised SUEZ India’s initiative. She remarked, “SUEZ India has always been at the forefront of supporting women’s upliftment on International Women’s Day. I have visited the Bharwara STP Plant multiple times with my students, and the officials and employees have always been courteous and cooperative. This clearly reflects SUEZ India’s commitment to honoring and empowering women.”

Rajesh Mathpal, Project Director at SUEZ India, addressed students, faculty members of SR Group of Institutions, and the female employees of SUEZ India on this special occasion. He stated, “Every year on March 8, the world celebrates International Women’s Day to recognize and uplift women. This day was established to acknowledge women’s achievements and empower them. Women in society continue to strive and prove themselves at every step. It is our duty to support them and ensure they receive the respect they deserve.”
