Lucknow — Athletes from SR International School & Sports Academy delivered an outstanding performance at the Lucknow District Athletic Championship 2025, held at Guru Gobind Singh Sports College, Lucknow. Competing in both Under-14 and Under-16 categories, boys and girls from the institution showcased remarkable talent, discipline, and dedication, winning numerous medals.
In the Under-16 girls’ category, Preet Bijlani achieved double success by securing 1st place in the 600m race and 3rd in the 100m sprint. Kritika Pal earned 3rd place in the 600m race, while Alka Raj won 2nd place in shot put, impressing with her strength and technique.
The Under-14 girls also excelled. Rehmat Khan clinched 1st place in shot put, while Arshi Naz secured 1st in javelin throw and 3rd in shot put. Riya Katiyar earned 3rd place in javelin throw.
In the Under-14 boys’ 600m race, Yash Raj delivered a commendable performance, finishing 3rd.
Chairman and Hon’ble MLC Mr. Pawan Singh Chauhan congratulated all winners and participants, stating that such achievements bring pride to the institution and energize the sporting spirit of the state.
