Lucknow: SR Group of Institutions, located in Bakshi Ka Talab, organized the much-anticipated Job Fair 2025 on February 21, 2025. The event was inaugurated by Minister of State for Higher Education, Rajni Tiwari, along with MLC and Chairman of the institution, Pawan Singh Chauhan, and Vice Chairman, Piyush Singh Chauhan.
During the inaugural session, Chief Guest Rajni Tiwari addressed the candidates, emphasizing that the job fair was not just about employment but about giving wings to their dreams. She encouraged students to participate wholeheartedly. Chairman Pawan Singh Chauhan stated that this grand job fair was being organized free of cost for all students in the state. He highlighted that SR Group has been conducting such job fairs for the past 12 years, providing employment opportunities to over 3,000 candidates annually. “This job fair is a significant step toward making students self-reliant,” he added.
Vice Chairman Piyush Singh Chauhan described the job fair as a bridge connecting students to the mainstream workforce. He further noted that dedication to four years of hard work in education can ensure a fulfilling career for the next forty years.
Massive Participation and Selection by Leading Companies
A total of 4,356 candidates registered for the job fair, out of which 2,771 students secured employment in various reputed companies. Around 100 companies participated in the event, conducting written tests and interviews to select candidates.
Some of the major recruiters included HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Bright Four Wheel, Tata Technologies (offering packages up to INR 6 LPA), SLMG Coca-Cola (INR 1.20 LPA), V-Mart, Lulu Mall, Metal Seam, Motherson Automotive, and Disty Education & Technology. Other notable recruiters were:
