Social Awareness Event on World Water Day and Eid Held in Siddharthnagar

Siddharthnagar: A meaningful social programme was organized by the Masiha Ubaid Siddharth Trust on the occasion of World Water Day and Eid, highlighting the importance of water conservation and community service.

The event was held under the guidance of the Trust’s chief patron Master Ubaidullah Khan and was conducted by advisor Dr. Masihuddin Khan.

Renowned social worker and Yash Bharti awardee Mrinendra Mishra attended as the chief guest. He was honoured with the Educational and Social Award for his notable contributions in the fields of social service and literature. Other distinguished guests included social workers Shakeel Shah and Javed Khan, along with several community members such as Abdul Haleem, Salahuddin Khan, Naushad Alam, Shahzad Alam, Ashraf, Arafat, Ayan, Atif Masih, and Asim Masih.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Masihuddin Khan emphasized the significance of the day, noting that while Eid symbolizes joy and togetherness, World Water Day serves as a reminder of a pressing global crisis. He highlighted that water scarcity continues to affect millions worldwide and urged people to understand the value of water and actively participate in its conservation.

The programme successfully combined festive spirit with social responsibility, spreading awareness about sustainable water usage while celebrating the values of compassion and community service associated with Eid.
