SMS Lucknow Hosts Enlightening Spiritual Session with ISKCON Leaders

Lucknow | School of Management Sciences (SMS), Lucknow organized a soul-stirring spiritual discourse led by Aparimay Shyam Das, President of ISKCON Temple, Lucknow, and Achintya Rupani Dasi, Director of ISKCON Girls Forum, Lucknow.

The event created a deeply reflective atmosphere, offering students valuable insights into leading a balanced and meaningful life. Addressing the gathering, Aparimay Shyam Das emphasized the primacy of spirituality over material pursuits, asserting that true happiness comes not from possessions but from heartfelt devotion and connection with the divine.

In her compelling address, Achintya Rupani Dasi spoke about how joy and sorrow stem from the mind and are influenced by our choices and karma. She elaborated on how the consequences of past actions shape present experiences, underlining the spiritual law of cause and effect.

The interactive session allowed students to ask questions and explore practical aspects of spiritual living. Both speakers answered with compassion and clarity, encouraging the audience to embrace spirituality as an integral part of holistic education.

Sharad Singh, Secretary and CEO of SMS Lucknow, lauded the session, highlighting the institute’s commitment to nurturing both intellectual and inner development among its students. “Such sessions provide freshers with a strong moral foundation as they step into their academic journey,” he noted.

The event was well-attended by senior officials, including Dr. Ashish Bhatnagar (Director), Prof. (Dr.) Bharatraj Singh (Director General – Technical), Dr. Jagdish Singh (Director – Admissions & Administration), Dr. Dharmendra Singh (Associate Director), Dr. P.K.
