Smartphones Distributed to Students at Dayanand Yadav Degree College, Arjunganj

Lucknow: A smartphone distribution ceremony was held at Dayanand Yadav Degree College, Arjunganj, Lucknow, bringing joy to numerous students who received mobile phones aimed at boosting their educational pursuits.

The event was graced by eminent social worker Shyam Babu Pal, who attended as the chief guest. High Court advocate Ashutosh Choudhary was present as the special guest, alongside college manager  Ajit Singh Yadav and Principal Dr. Sandeep Patel. Faculty members, including Dr. Babita Shukla, Dr. Mohammad Akbar, Suman Verma, Meenakshi Shukla, Saurav Verma, Avinash Yadav, Arvind Kumar, Deepak Yadav, Bhupendra Singh, Sonu Sharma, Abhishek Kumar, and Vijit Sharma, jointly participated in distributing the smartphones.

The students were visibly delighted as they received the devices. During the address, speakers encouraged the students to primarily use the smartphones for educational purposes, urging them to utilize the technology to build a brighter future.

Emphasizing the importance of the digital age, speakers noted that today’s era is defined by the Information Revolution, and students must remain globally competitive in this domain. The initiative was described as part of the government’s vision to equip the youth with tools for nation-building, ensuring that no student is left behind in the digital transformation of education.

The event marked a significant step toward bridging the digital divide and empowering students through technology.
