Mumbai, December 2024: Sony SAB’s Shrimad Ramayan captures the epic tale of Lord Ram (Sujay Reu) and Sita (Prachi Bansal). In the show, viewers recently saw an emotional moment as Lord Ram unknowingly faces his twin sons, Luv (Sourya Mandoriya) and Kush (Atharva Sharma), on the battlefield.
In the upcoming episodes, viewers will see Sita step out in search of Luv and Kush, to bring them back inside the Ashram as the forest is getting dangerous day by day. However, as soon as she steps into the woods, Sahastra Ravan (Praneet Bhatt) traps her. To protect herself, Sita begins meditating, calling on Goddess Parvati for help. As she meditates, Sahastra Ravan watches in shock as Sita takes a fierce avatar and slowly turns blue taking the form of Maa Chandi. This sight reminds him of a past curse, realizing that his death was tied to goddess Lakshmi, making him wonder if this is his end, as Sita is another form of goddess Lakshmi.
What will happen next? Will Sita unleash her divine fury and bring an end to Sahastra Ravan’s reign of terror?
