Mumbai: Sharvari Wagh, a rising star in Bollywood, is living the dream as the youngest spy in Yash Raj Films’ Spy Universe, a cinematic franchise renowned for its high-octane action and iconic characters. The actress, fresh from the success of her 100-crore blockbuster Munjya, is gearing up for her next big project, Alpha.
Reflecting on her milestone, Sharvari shared, “To be honest, I was unaware of this fact until I was giving success interviews for Munjya’s 100-crore achievement, and someone pointed it out to me! Being YRF Spy Universe’s youngest spy is an incredible experience. It is both an exceptional opportunity and a duty.”
Sharvari is thrilled to join the league of iconic spies that have defined the franchise, noting her admiration for the “massive blockbuster movies and the amazing celebrities” who have been part of the Spy Universe. “It feels unique to be a part of this tradition. I hope Alpha builds on the incredible success of the YRF Spy Universe by providing viewers with an unforgettable visual experience,” she added.
Directed by Shiv Rawail, known for The Railway Men, and co-starring Alia Bhatt, Alpha is slated for release on December 25, 2025. Expressing her gratitude, Sharvari acknowledged Aditya Chopra’s trust in her and credited Rawail for guiding her through the project. “I’m grateful to my director Shiv Rawail for believing that I can fulfill his vision,” she remarked.
