Mumbai – Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film, *King*, will feature actor Akshay Oberoi, who has traveled to Poland to join the shoot. A source confirmed Oberoi’s casting, though details about his role remain under wraps.
“Yes, King is currently being shot in Poland, the insider told a news agency. Oberoi is expected to stay in the European country for about a week as part of the production schedule.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, King promises a high-octane drama with an ensemble cast including Suhana Khan, SRK’s daughter, alongside Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Anil Kapoor, and Abhay Verma. Notably, the film will mark Shah Rukh Khan’s on-screen appearance with his daughter Suhana for the first time, while Abhishek Bachchan plays the antagonist.
Meanwhile, Akshay Oberoi is also preparing for his next project, *Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari*, a festive family entertainer featuring Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Oberoi himself. Produced by Karan Johar and directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film recently released a song titled “Perfect,” performed by Punjabi pop sensation Guru Randhawa. The track features Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan, with composition and lyrics by Guru Randhawa, Gill Machhrai, and Rony Ajnali, and production by Dilmaan.
King is expected to deliver a mix of drama, action, and family connections, setting the stage for a major cinematic release later this year.
