Lucknow | The annual function of Childrens Palace School was celebrated with great enthusiasm and splendour on Thursday, showcasing a vibrant blend of education, culture, and creativity within the school परिसर. The event witnessed an atmosphere of joy and festivity as students, parents, and guests came together to mark the occasion.
The programme was formally inaugurated by Mayor Sushma Kharkwal, who lit the ceremonial lamp as the chief guest. Her presence added dignity and encouragement to the celebration.
The occasion became even more special with the presence of Madhukar Jetley, an alumnus of the school’s 1961 batch and former Member of the Legislative Council (MLC). Sharing nostalgic memories associated with the institution, he expressed happiness over the school’s continuous progress and its contribution to the field of education. His participation lent a historic touch to the event.
Cultural performances by students were the highlight of the annual function and left the audience spellbound. The tiny tots of Nursery-A charmed everyone with their delightful performance on the song “Har Taraf, Har Jagah”. Students of KG-A presented an inspiring dance on “Deep Shiksha Ka Gyaan”, spreading the message of education and knowledge.

The children of Pre-Nursery E and F captivated the audience with their energetic dance on “Chale Jaise Hawaayein Sanan Sanan”, while Pre-Nursery A and C students portrayed Radha and Krishna beautifully through a soulful performance on “Radha Gori Gori”.
The colourful performances, confident expressions, and joyful participation of the children reflected the school’s emphasis on holistic development. The event concluded on a high note, leaving behind cherished memories for students, parents, and guests alike.
