Prayagraj — In a step towards strengthening healthcare support services, the State Bank of India (SBI) has handed over a vehicle to Moti Lal Nehru Medical College (MLNMC), Prayagraj under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The vehicle was formally handed over by Shri Dipak Kumar De, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India, Lucknow Circle, in the presence of Dr. V. K. Pandey, Principal, MLN Medical College. The initiative reflects the bank’s continued commitment to supporting public health infrastructure and community welfare.
According to officials, the vehicle will play a crucial role in facilitating the transportation of medicines, medical supplies, and essential equipment within the hospital and college परिसर, thereby improving logistical efficiency and patient care services.
The college administration expressed appreciation for SBI’s support, stating that the addition of the vehicle would enhance operational convenience and contribute to smoother healthcare delivery.
Through such CSR initiatives, State Bank of India continues to actively contribute to social development, particularly in the areas of healthcare, education, and community well-being.
