Mumbai: For some, the monsoon is all about love; for others, it’s a time for peace and quiet. For Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan, however, the rains bring a romantic wave of poetic inspiration. Embracing the mood, Sara recently shared her thoughts on social media, pairing her post with cozy selfies and a heartfelt shayari.
Taking to Instagram, Sara posted a few stunning selfies along with a short poem capturing her monsoon feels:
“Monsoon mein bharo muggae, aur cozy hokar suno zamana lage,
Romance wali feeling jab jage, think of aapke pyaare sage.”
Her poetic caption roughly translates to: “When it rains, grab your mug, get cozy, and tune into the vibe. When the feeling of love strikes, think of your special one.”
The post shows Sara in a stylish, body-fit dress, posing confidently in front of the camera. Her radiant smile and relaxed vibe perfectly match the romantic tone of her caption.
Sara’s appearance came a day after she attended the launch event of the first song “Zamana Lage” from her upcoming film Metro… In Dino. The event, held on May 28, was graced by her co-stars Aditya Roy Kapur, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Konkona Sen Sharma, and others.
The track, composed by Pritam and sung by Arijit Singh and Shashwat Singh, opens with a rainy day scene. The video begins with Aditya’s character bidding farewell to Sara’s at a train station. What follows is a collage of moments from different characters’ lives—Ali Fazal and Fatima celebrating Holi, Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta riding a scooter through the city streets, and Pankaj Tripathi with Konkona enjoying a peaceful moment by the seaside.
Directed by Anurag Basu, Metro… In Dino is a multi-narrative film produced by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, and Anurag Basu Productions Pvt. Ltd. The film is set to hit theatres on July 4, 2025.
