Bareilly: Bareilly hosted the Sampoornta Abhiyan Felicitation Ceremony and the inauguration of Aakansha Haat with great enthusiasm. The event began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp before Maa Saraswati by the District Panchayat Chairperson, Block Pramukh Fatehganj (West), and the Chief Development Officer (CDO). The District Development Officer (DDO) welcomed the dignitaries and introduced the program.
During the ceremony, it was highlighted that under the Sampoornta Abhiyan (July–September 2024), development blocks Fatehganj (West) and Damkhoda achieved 100% targets in three out of six key indicators—two from the Health Department and one from Agriculture. Notably, in the agriculture indicator of soil testing, all three NITI Aayog-identified blocks (Fatehganj West, Damkhoda, and Baheri) achieved full targets. To honor these achievements, frontline workers (SHOs, ANMs, ASHA workers, and Technical Coordinators for soil testing), along with block- and district-level officers, were felicitated with medals, certificates, and shields.
Addressing the gathering, the District Panchayat Chairperson praised the dedication of health and agriculture frontline workers and expressed pride in Bareilly’s achievements. She emphasized that with continued efforts, the district would soon achieve 100% results across all indicators. The Block Pramukh also motivated the teams with his words of encouragement.

Following the ceremony, the Aakansha Haat was inaugurated at the Vikas Bhawan campus. The Haat, scheduled from August 22–27, 2025, features stalls showcasing local products and innovations. The dignitaries visited the stalls, interacted with exhibitors, and encouraged citizens to support local producers by purchasing from them. A health check-up camp organized by the Health Department also drew significant participation.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks from the Chief Development Officer, who appreciated the collective spirit of officials, workers, and the community in driving the success of the Sampoornta Abhiyan.
