Bareilly: A Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was organised at the Aonla Tehsil auditorium in Bareilly under the supervision of District Magistrate Avinash Singh, focusing on prompt and effective redressal of public grievances.
Addressing officials present at the event, the District Magistrate directed all departments to ensure their availability in offices from 9:45 AM to 12:00 PM ежедневно to hear complaints of citizens and resolve them efficiently. He stressed that grievance redressal should not only be timely but also satisfactory for the complainants, along with maintaining courteous behaviour.
He instructed the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Vidushi Singh, to ensure that all complaints received during the Tehsil Day are properly marked to the concerned officials for immediate action.
During the session, several public grievances were taken up. A complainant from Devchara village alleged illegal encroachment on his land by miscreants and expressed dissatisfaction over inaction despite reporting the matter to the local revenue official. Taking cognisance, the District Magistrate ordered a thorough investigation and directed the SDM to take necessary action.
In another case, a resident from Rampura Bhood village raised concerns regarding discontinuation of benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi for his wife and sought restoration of the financial assistance. Similarly, a complainant from Alinagar reported that he had received only two instalments under the scheme before payments stopped. The District Magistrate instructed the District Agriculture Officer to examine both cases and ensure appropriate resolution.
The programme was attended by Additional Superintendent of Police (Rural) Mukesh Chandra, Circle Officer Aonla Nitin Kumar, District Development Officer Dinesh Kumar, Project Director Chandra Prakash Srivastava, along with other concerned officials.
The Samadhan Diwas served as an important platform for direct interaction between the प्रशासन and citizens, ensuring transparent and accountable grievance redressal.
