Kathwara: The Society for Action, Advancement and Research (SAAR), an organisation actively engaged in social service, organised a cloth distribution drive for underprivileged people in Kathwara, Lucknow. The programme was conducted at the Chandrika Devi Temple compound and in nearby rural areas.
On the occasion, Dr. Chandraketu Singh, General Secretary of SAAR, said that the organisation is committed to supporting the weaker and marginalized sections of society. He added that the initiative aimed to provide relief to people struggling with cold weather and economic hardship by distributing essential clothing.

Dr. Reena Agrawal, President of SAAR, stated that service to society forms the core philosophy of the organisation. She emphasized that SAAR will continue to organise similar welfare programmes in the future to support those in need.

Several members and volunteers of the organisation, including Amarjeet Singh, were present during the programme and actively participated in the distribution. The beneficiaries expressed visible happiness after receiving the clothes, with many smiling faces reflecting the impact of the initiative.
Local villagers appreciated SAAR’s efforts and expressed their gratitude for the timely support. The organisation’s office bearers also informed that, in the coming days, SAAR plans to organise programmes related to education, healthcare, and social awareness to further serve the community.
