Lucknow | S.R. Global School, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow, celebrated the 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and dignity, marking the occasion as a moment of pride for the entire school community. More than 250 students of the school played a commendable role in the Republic Day parade held at the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly in Lucknow, participating along with the school band and bringing laurels to the institution.
The students’ disciplined performance and synchronized participation during the parade were widely appreciated, reflecting their dedication, teamwork, and strong sense of patriotism. Their presence at such a prestigious state-level event was a matter of honor for the school, teachers, parents, and students alike.
The main Republic Day function was also organized on the school campus, where Vice Chairperson Piyush Singh Chauhan unfurled the national flag. Addressing the students on the occasion, he highlighted the importance of patriotism, discipline, national unity, and civic duties. He encouraged students to imbibe these values in their daily lives and strive to become responsible and conscientious citizens of the country.
The event was graced by the presence of Executive Director Monika Tiwari, Principal Chandrakumar Ojha, Vice Principal Shalini Srivastava, Academic In-charge Deepak Singh, Dr. Ritambra Tiwari, along with the entire teaching staff and a large number of students.
The cultural segment of the program featured patriotic songs and vibrant performances by students, which captivated the audience and filled the campus with a spirit of national pride and unity.
The celebrations concluded with the distribution of sweets and the singing of the National Anthem, bringing the memorable Republic Day event to a dignified and joyful close.
