Lucknow: The nine-day Navratri festival at Rishita Manhattan, Lucknow, concluded in a spectacular and devotional atmosphere, leaving residents and devotees inspired by the spirit of faith and togetherness. Throughout the festival, participants showcased immense enthusiasm, immersing the society in vibrant religious fervor.
The event was spearheaded by the Rishita Manhattan Women’s Committee, whose members actively participated in daily rituals and cultural programs, making the celebrations truly successful. Dressed in traditional attire, the women performed daily worship, prayers, and cultural performances, bringing energy and color to the festivities.
Over the course of the nine days, the festival featured regular deity worship, bhajans, kirtans, aartis, and various religious ceremonies. Cultural performances further enriched the program, spreading fresh enthusiasm and vitality every day.
The grand finale coincided with the sacred occasion of Ram Navami, marking the birth anniversary of Lord Shri Ram. Devotees offered special prayers and sought blessings with devotion. The final day also witnessed a collective recitation of Sundarkand, drawing participation from a large number of residents. Following this, a communal feast (bhandara) was organized, reinforcing a sense of unity and togetherness among attendees.
Thanks to the active support and involvement of society members, the festival not only achieved resounding success but also fostered an environment of unity, positivity, and spirituality within the complex. The celebrations strengthened social bonds and encouraged mutual harmony among residents.
