Lucknow: Recently the rank distribution ceremony of the session 2024-25 of 64th UP Battalion NCC Lucknow University was organized.
The ranks in NCC include Senior Under Officer, Under Officer, Company Sergeant Major, Company Quarter Master Sergeant followed by Sergeant, Corporal and Lance Corporal.
Senior Under Officer which is the highest rank in NCC was given to Ratnakar Rai, followed by Under Officer Vinay Verma, Under Officer Prerna Sharma and Under Officer Gaurav Yadav, Company Sergeant Major Mahi Singh, Company Quarter Master Sergeant Arpit Verma, Sergeant Bhumika Gupta, Anshika Singh and Raj along with the ranks of 5 Corporals and 12 Lance Corporals were distributed.
With the rank comes many responsibilities, after getting the rank the cadets were made aware of their roles and responsibilities.
The rank distribution was done by Dr. Rajnish Kumar Yadav, Associate NCC Officer of 64 UP BN NCC and on this occasion Subedar Major Bhupendra Singh Dhami, Naib Subedar Ram Kishan and other training staff were present. The cadets participated in this event with optimistic zeal and enthusiasm.
