Lucknow: The Ministry of Railways has approved the introduction of a new passenger train service between Bareilly and Bandikui, aimed at improving rail connectivity across Uttar Pradesh and adjoining regions. The service will operate as the Bareilly–Bandikui Passenger with train numbers 54356 and 54355.
According to official information, train number 54356 will depart from Bareilly at 9:05 pm and reach Bandikui at 9:45 am the following day. In the return direction, train number 54355 will leave Bandikui at 2:50 pm and arrive at Bareilly at 6:20 am the next morning.
The train will have scheduled halts at key stations, including Chandausi (11:30 pm / 12:30 am), Aligarh (3:10 am / 3:15 am), Mitawali (4:50 am / 4:52 am) and Etmadpur (5:05 am / 5:06 am), facilitating smoother travel for passengers across major junctions.

In addition, the train will have commercial stoppages at several stations along its route. These include Ramganga Bridge, Basharatganj, Nisoi Halt, Aonla, Revti Behora Khera Halt, Karengli, Dabtora, Asafpur, Sisarka, Chandausi, Bahjoi, Babrala, Rajghat Narora, Dibai, Atrauli Road, Harduaganj, Manzoorgarhi, Aligarh, Daud Khan, Mandrak, Sasni, Hathras, Por, Jalesar Road, Chamrola, Barhan, Mitawali, Etmadpur, Kuberpur, Chhalesar, Yamuna Bridge Agra, Agra Fort, Idgah Agra, Bichpuri, Raibha, Achhnera, Chiksana, Bharatpur, Helak, Nadbai, Kherli, Ghosrana, Mandawar Mahwa Road, Karanpura, Bivai and Shri Ghasinagar.
Railway officials said the new passenger service will greatly benefit daily commuters, students and traders by providing affordable and convenient travel options across a wide stretch of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The initiative is expected to enhance regional connectivity and support socio-economic activities along the route.
