Prime Minister Modi to Inaugurate Rashtriya Prerna Sthal in Lucknow on December 25

Lucknow: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the Rashtriya Prerna Sthal in Lucknow on December 25, a landmark dedicated to national icons Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Ahead of the inauguration, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the site to review preparations for the ceremony. During the inspection, he assessed arrangements related to security, parking, traffic management and cleanliness, and directed officials to complete all works within the stipulated timeline.

The Chief Minister instructed authorities to ensure robust security measures, enhance fencing around the premises and put in place well-organised parking facilities to prevent traffic congestion. He also emphasised proper signage, route diversions and smooth movement of visitors on the day of the event.

Reviewing the museum complex, CM Yogi called for the early completion of curation and finishing works, while stressing the importance of cleanliness. He also took stock of the ongoing painting work on Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya’s statue, which officials said would be completed within two days.

LDA Vice-Chairman Prathamesh Kumar informed that the museum curation would be completed two days prior to the inauguration, while the Lucknow Municipal Corporation is making arrangements for sanitation, temporary toilets and drinking water.

On the inauguration day, the Prime Minister will unveil the statues of the three national leaders, pay floral tributes and release tricolour balloons symbolising national pride. He will also inaugurate the museum dedicated to their lives and ideals, visit various galleries and courtyards, and later address the gathering from the main stage at the Prerna Sthal.
