Pre-Ph.D. Presentations Held at Department of Law, MJP Rohilkhand University

Bareilly: The Department of Law at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, successfully conducted the Pre-Ph.D. presentations of four research scholars. The event was attended by a distinguished panel, including Prof. O.P. Rai, Principal of Bareilly College; Dean of Law Prof. A.K. Singh; Prof. Gurmeet Singh of K.G.K. College, Moradabad;  Awadhesh Kumar Pandey, Additional Director of Prosecution, Uttar Pradesh; and HoD/Research Coordinator Dr. Amit Singh.

Each scholar presented their research before the panel and received insightful suggestions for final submission.

  • Juhi Naseem presented on Child Labour in Hotels in Bareilly, under Prof. Gurmeet Singh’s supervision.
  • Ritika Juneja spoke on Access to Justice through Tribunals and the 2021 Tribunal Reforms Act, guided by Prof. A.K. Singh.
  • Kaustubh Mishra discussed Forensic Science and Legal Framework in India’s Justice Delivery, under Dr. Amit Singh.
  • Mayuri presented on Impact of Legal Framework on Conviction Rates in Gender-Based Crimes, analyzing judicial outcomes.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Amit Singh, and attended by faculty members, research scholars, and students.
