Poster Unveiled for Aura Fest 2K26 at Rohilkhand University; Grand Annual Fest to Begin April 4

Bareilly: The pre-inauguration ceremony of the much-anticipated Aura Fest 2K26 was marked by the grand unveiling of its official poster and banner at Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University. The unveiling was carried out by Vice-Chancellor Prof. K. P. Singh, who emphasized the importance of such multi-dimensional festivals in nurturing student talent.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. Singh stated that events like Aura Fest provide a powerful platform for students to showcase creativity, technical skills, and cultural expression, playing a crucial role in their holistic development.

Dean of IET, Prof. Archana Gupta, highlighted the festival as an effective medium to bring out hidden talents among students. Encouraging enthusiastic participation, she described the fest as a vibrant confluence of technical, cultural, and literary excellence.

Members of the Organizing Committee including Dr. Inderpreet Kaur, Dr. Iram Naeem, Dr. Preeti Yadav, and Dr. Anil Bisht, also motivated students to actively participate. They noted that such events not only provide opportunities for talent display but also foster confidence, leadership, and teamwork.

Scheduled from April 4 to 6, 2026, Aura Fest 2K26 is a comprehensive technical, cultural, and literary festival that has already garnered significant enthusiasm, with over 500 registrations received so far. The fest will feature more than 46 engaging events, including a fashion show, Battle of Bands, Sursangam, Tech Expo, and debugging competitions.

The ceremony was attended by several distinguished faculty members, including Prof. Manoj Kumar Singh, Prof. Vinay Rishival, Prof. Sanjay Mishra, Prof. S. K. Pandey, Prof. S. S. Bedi, Prof. Yatendra Kumar, Prof. Anil Singh, Prof. R. K. Maurya, and Dr. M. S. Karuna.

Students also played a pivotal role in organizing the event, with active contributions from Rohit, Namra, Raghav Sharma, Harshit Varshney, Sakshi, Priyanshu, Vaibhav, Krish Chaudhary, Ali, Nandini, and Udyanshi.

The active involvement and support of faculty members and students alike have been instrumental in ensuring the success of the आयोजन. The university community extended its best wishes for the grand fest, which promises to enrich the academic and cultural environment of the institution.
